Rosemeadow Seniors Social Housing

Creating a sanctuary for those who need a helping hand.

The Land and Housing Corporation of New South Wales is transforming the Rosemeadow Estate into a modern, mixed-use community featuring private residences and social housing.

With an aim to feature 240 new residences, this development will allocate up to 30% of its capacity to homes catering to individuals in need. This aspect of the project was particularly appealing to Become.

The initial two stages of redevelopment, completed in 2016, set the foundation for the project. Subsequently, Become has been refining the scheme during the third and final stages, streamlining the process to create an efficient, cost-effective, high-quality documentation package.

Our role as construction specialists involves a collaborative approach within Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes. By leveraging our expertise, we often enhance existing Development Applications, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal project outcomes.

We were asked to participate in this project because of our strong track record in evolving plans to bring to life ideas from the drawing board to reality.
